Authorized cancellation of an order must be made no later than one day after an order has been submitted to Assistive Devices Key.  Contact Assistive Devices Key to obtain an authorized cancellation. 

 No refunds for credit/refund will be accepted.  

All returns must be done consistent with the suppliers’ return policy contained on the Processed Order Notification.  Some items are not returnable unless defective.  All returns must be pre-authorized by the supplier prior to return.  Therefore, a return authorization must be obtained directly from the supplier before any item is shipped. 

Undamaged items must be returned in new condition and in original packaging.  Writing on the box makes it non-resalable and you will be invoiced for the cost of the box.  Any merchandise returned in a non-resalable condition will be charged a restocking fee plus any costs involved to bring the merchandise to a saleable condition.  Restocking fees can be as much as 40% of the retail price of the product plus handling fees.  All merchandise must be returned with freight prepaid and must be insured.  

Defective items must be returned within 15 days of sale.  Any product found to be defective must be returned directly to the supplier for replacement.  Contact the supplier immediately upon discovering merchandise that is defective.  Contact information for the supplier of your item is contained in the Processed Order Notification.  Replacements for defective items will be shipped in accordance with the supplier’s return policy.

Warranty claims must be made directly to the supplier within the warranty period.  

All sales are final on custom orders.
