Use The Weights That Adapt To You
These are one size fits all wrist weights. Individual slip in metal weights allow a wide range of adjustment to adapt to your exercise program. CONTOUR-FOAM® wrap around cushioned comfort padding protects the wrist. Cushioned flaps keep weights secure. The weights permits full wrist flexion and extension as well as radial and ulnar deviation. They are easy to attach and remove with a touch fastener closure. The wrist weights come with a maximum number of 1/5 lb weights.
