The Adult Congenital Heart Association is a nonprofit organization which seeks to improve the quality of life and extend the lives of adults with congenital heart defects. Through education, outreach, advocacy and promotion of research, ACHA serves and supports the more than one million adults with congenital heart defects, their families, and the medical community.

The mission of the Hope Heart Institute is serving humanity through cardiovascular research and education. They are dedicated to preventing and treating heart and blood vessel disease, and to improving the physical, emotional and spiritual quality of life for all at risk of - or afflicted with - cardiovascular disease.

Vascular Disease Foundation

The Vascular Disease Foundation is focused on vascular diseases with the sole purpose of providing public education and improving awareness about vascular diseases. VDF provides resources to the public that are reviewed by multidisciplinary teams to ensure the information is accurate and trustworthy. VDF has published “Keeping in Circulation” since 2000, a quarterly publication widely read by both patients and medical professionals. Articles are written by medical experts for the lay public, filling a need for patient information that is often difficult to find. Subscriptions are available to anyone at no charge.

Women's Heart Foundation

Women's Heart Foundation, is a coalition of executive nurses, civic leaders, community health directors, hospitals, women's heart centers, partners, providers and corporate sponsors responding to the health crisis of women's heart disease and the urgent need for prevention programs. WHF advocates for women and supports early intervention and excellence of care of women.
